What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash at pick up, all major credit or debit cards before pick up, money orders, and personal checks (as long as they clear before your pick up).
How do I know if the vehicle I am interested in is available?
Just give us a call! Our booking specialists are able to pull up the schedule for any date in seconds. He or she will help you figure out which vehicle works best for your group and event, give you an accurate quote, and set up your reservation if you are ready to do so.
Can I drink in your vehicles?
Absolutely! As long as you're of legal drinking age or older, that is! Our vehicles have coolers and cup holders for your convenience so you can enjoy whatever alcoholic beverage you'd like. Keep in mind, however, that you must BYOB, as we cannot provide alcohol for you.
Is smoking allowed on the vehicle?
No, we do not allow smoking on our vehicles. This ensures a flawless interior for all of our passengers. If you need a smoke break, just let your chauffeur know. He will pull over whenever it is safe to do so!
Can any charges be accrued throughout our trip?
Yes, if the interior of the vehicle is damaged in any way, if excessive clean up is necessary, or you go past your contracted drop off time, you may be subject to extra fees. We are up front about all of these costs in our contract so that you will be aware of any potential charges before you start your trip. If you have any questions or concerns about these possible overage and damage fees, please feel free to ask your booking specialist or chauffeur how to avoid them.
Is there a minimum age requirement to ride a limousine or limo bus?
No. We welcome passengers of all ages! We want everybody to have a good time, but please remember that we are not above the law. Nobody under the age of 21 may be in possession of alcohol. If anyone is caught breaking this rule, they will be removed from the vehicle.
How old must one be in order to facilitate a rental with you?
We require all contract signors to be 18 years of age. As that is the legal age in order to execute a legally binding contract. For those under 18 years of age, a legal guardian or parent must sign and be responsible for the particulars.
